Service description
"جهّزها | Jahizha" is a platform that lets restaurants receive food orders from their customers over WhatsApp, with automatic order understanding, payment links, and order-status notifications.
Nature of the relationship
Every food order is a direct contract between the customer and the restaurant fulfilling it. We are a technology platform only — not a party to the sale — and we are not responsible for food quality, safety, or preparation times.
Payments
Payments are processed entirely by licensed third-party payment gateways. We do not receive or store card details; processing and refunds are governed by the gateway's terms and the restaurant.
Acceptable use
By using the service you agree to: • Not send abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful messages. • Not use the service for harassment or spam. • Provide accurate information when ordering. We reserve the right to suspend any account or conversation that violates this.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or unavailability of the service, and in all cases our liability shall not exceed the value of the disputed order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
