Who we are

"جهّزها | Jahizha" is a technology platform that lets restaurants receive customer orders over WhatsApp. We operate the platform and can be reached any time at [email protected].

What we collect

Only what the service needs to run: • Your WhatsApp phone number and display name. • Message content related to orders (your order text and the system's replies). • Your order history (items, amounts, order status). • Payment status only (paid / not paid) — we never collect or store your card details; payments are processed by licensed third-party payment gateways.

Why we use it

• To process food orders and deliver them to the restaurant. • To send order-status notifications (confirmation, payment, ready-for-pickup). • To improve service quality and diagnose errors.

AI processing

Your order text is processed by third-party AI services (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) to understand the order and map it to the restaurant's menu. We do not use your data to train any AI models.

WhatsApp and Meta

Messages are transported via the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Meta's own terms and privacy policies apply to message transport, in addition to this policy.

Who we share with

We share your data only with: • The restaurant fulfilling your order (order details and contact number). • The payment gateway processing your payment. • Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases) required to run the service. We never sell your data to anyone.

Retention

We keep order data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations (e.g. financial records). You can request deletion at any time — see the Data Deletion page.

Your rights

You have the right to: • Access the data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate data. • Request deletion of your data. Email us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
