حذف البيانات
يمكنك طلب حذف جميع بياناتك من منصتنا في أي وقت، بإحدى طريقتين:
عبر الواتساب
أرسل كلمة "حذف بياناتي" إلى رقم واتساب المطعم الذي تراسلت معه، من نفس رقمك.
عبر البريد الإلكتروني
راسلنا على [email protected] من أي بريد إلكتروني، مع ذكر رقم هاتف الواتساب الخاص بك في الرسالة.
ماذا نحذف؟
نحذف محادثاتك، وسجل طلباتك، وبيانات التواصل الخاصة بك خلال 30 يوماً من استلام الطلب.
الاستثناء الوحيد
السجلات التي يلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ بها للأغراض القانونية أو المالية (مثل فواتير الطلبات المدفوعة) تُحفَظ للمدة النظامية المطلوبة ثم تُحذف.
Data Deletion
You can request deletion of all your data from our platform at any time, in either of two ways:
Via WhatsApp
Send the word "حذف بياناتي" (delete my data) to the WhatsApp number of the restaurant you messaged, from your own number.
Via email
Email us at [email protected] from any address, including your WhatsApp phone number in the message.
What we delete
We delete your conversations, order history, and contact information within 30 days of receiving the request.
The only exception
Records we are legally required to keep for legal or financial compliance (such as invoices of paid orders) are retained for the statutory period and then deleted.
